Jim and Dawn
This channel contains a record of some of our adventures over the past decade. We are Jim (James Eastwood) and Dawn (Dawn Torgersen). Our combined age is now over 150 years and we no longer have our former partners to travel with. We met through our tennis club and discovered we were soulmates in our love for country walking (especially coastal walks) and for travelling to see distant lands and other cultures.
Initially we used YouTube to share videos with fellow travellers and friends, but it has now become a repository for our holiday videos. Our channel is non-commercial and is there primarily for our own enjoyment. We love reliving the excitement of visiting foreign places and cultures, and the feeling of wellbeing from our countryside and coastal walks. If others can experience some of these pleasures from our videos or get inspired to go travelling and hiking, then all the better. You don't have to be young to have fun!
