Currently, I am cooking my way through 'The British Cookbook' to go beyond the stereotypes of Fish & Chips and explore the true regional diversity of the British Isles. From the Highlands of Scotland to the coasts of Cornwall, I’m using food as my map to learn about the geography and traditions of the UK.

I’m not a chef, and I didn't grow up eating this food. I’m an Okie who's called Chicago home for 20 years, bringing a curious appetite to a brand new cuisine.
