Hi! I’m Sue (maiden name Lyth), a 5-foot-tall adventurer.
Join me outdoors — on foot, by bike, and sometimes in the water.
I’m here to inspire, uplift, and bring a smile to your day.
From mountains and camping to climbing, scrambling, hiking, backpacking, cycling, bikepacking, long distance thru-hikes, and some open water swimming — I’ve completed two rounds of the Scottish Munros, one round of the Scottish Corbetts, and many Alpine peaks above 4,000 meters.
Spending time outside is great for your health — but let’s also protect these wild places by leaving no trace.
