Often I see myocardial infarction and complications, less often - malformations, cardiomyopathies, infectious endocarditis, pulmonary embolism, aortic dissection.
I am guided by the recommendations of the American Society of Echocardiography.
I think that you need to watch more ultrasound, CT, coronarography, etc. to allow the brain to automatically recognize the problem.
I’m recording videos for interested colleagues, because not everyone has permanent access to an ultrasound machine.
