Dance has been my life since a very young age and became my source of wellbeing and self-knowledge.
I created and developed the Liberato Method, together with my research team, to share this beautiful source that allows us to find our natural Flow in Dance and Life.
We share this knowledge in Online and In-Person Trainings, Retreats, Workshops and Private Classes.
In all our sessions, we apply the Liberato Method, a body reeducation system through dance and conscious movement, which is the result of a research study on dance and the multidimensionality of the body in motion since 2009.
For now, the Liberato Method has 3 main applications:
• Traditional Partner Dances (such as Brazilian Zouk, West Coast Swing, Forró, Bachata, Blues-Fusion, Contact Improvisation...)
• Free Partner Dance (Liberato Dance)
• Bodywork Therapy
