Hello and welcome! I'm Tracy Knight, Holistic Chef, Marathon Runner, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist member of ANA. I specialize in post-cancer, diabetes and heart disease also I specialize in biomechanics.
My story began as a proathlete and model after I had my daughter, I moved on with Skype and training people all around the world. It grew and I then started an international health food company and kept going. I continue helping others around the world and from my home for I am passionate about helping other's create a strong positive and confident mindset and lifestyle.
I feel education is freeing and empowering. It is what you know that helps us level up to who we want to become. I am a marathon and ultra runner, mother, and TBI survivor passionate about sharing my journey in hopes it helps you!
