The Musical Mountaineers
We are Anastasia Allison (violin) and Rose Freeman (piano). We are both classically trained musicians and outdoor enthusiasts! In 2017, we met through a serindipedous series of events and carried our instruments into the wilderness for our very first sunrise serenade. Just as the sun crested the horizon, we changed into gowns and left our notes in the wilderness for a very special audience - the Cascade Mountains. We don't announce our wilderness concerts in order to respect Leave No Trace principals and to maintain the purity of our mission!
Together, we climb mountains with a violin and a keyboard packed carefully into backpacks in order to remind people of the infinite good and beauty in this world... and to inspire others to follow their heart and blaze their own trail.
