I started my channel on YouTube in 2010 when conditions for uploads were quite restricted. Not all videos on my channel are in HD, but all made by myself.
Under "Travelogue" you find videos of my journeys since 1990 to places like Berlin, New York, Prague, Munich, Poznan, Paris, Warsaw, Moscow, Key West, California, Washington DC, Santo Domingo, Tanger, Rabat, Marrakesch, Bangkok, Hongkong, Macao, Guangzhu, Johannesburg, Cape Town.
Since I settled 2002 in a small town in Western Cape, South Africa, I started the "Barrydale Diary" and "South Africa" to lodge my reports about daily life there.
Once I have been a painter and used video in the seventies but worked till March 2001 as a scientist near Munich. After I left office I came back to arts. 2003 I married sculptress Beate Schubert. Under "Arts" you find some eighty videos about artworks of my wife, myself and friends.
Most videos use songs of all kind, piano pieces, orchestral works or own compositions as background music.
