Judges Matter
Judges Matter believes that judges matter because the law matters in any democracy especially where the judiciary has the power to overturn decisions of the ‘political’ branches of government. Judges and the judgments they have made have increasingly become more central to politics in South Africa.The JSC assists in interviewing all of the candidates for the judicial posts available across South Africa and following those interviews the committee makes recommendations for appointment to the bench to the President. This channel has videos of all of the Judicial Service Commission interviews.
