I have spent 20 years as an acute care hospital CEO in all sizes and structures of hospitals. Much of my career has been centered on completing challenging turnarounds at struggling organizations, requiring action steps to ensure their success.

I am a Doctor of Psychology with expertise in stress, burnout, and career coping and coaching.

I enjoy helping hospital CEO's, administrators, early careerists, and other high performers with career coping, stress management, and burnout by blending my CEO experience with my Psychology training.
