Live classes on Tuesday and Thursday 10:00AM EDT:
Strength and Stretch
This class focuses on muscle strength, core stability, balance and stretching.
You will need:
• weights (if you have them)
• a mat or comfortable floor space
• yoga strap, belt or towel
• water

Tuesday and Thursday 11:00AM EDT:
Strength and Stretch 2
This class also focuses on muscle strength, core stability, balance and stretching, but we will not get on the floor and most exercises may be done from a chair.
You will need:
• weights (if you have them)
• a chair
• water
• small pillow or rolled-up towel
