TULLOCH was established in 1991 as a small consulting survey practice with one office and six staff, and visionary leader. Since then, we have grown into a multi-discipline consulting firm providing services to private and public sector clients across Canada and internationally. We complete over 1,000 projects per year from small projects (individual property surveys) to some of the largest infrastructure projects in Canada.
