I’m renovating a 100-year-old apartment—completely alone. The last time it was touched was in 1979. What started as a simple project became a two-year non-stop work: no holidays, no breaks—just dust, sweat, and endless challenges.
From building a custom crane to move debris, to tearing out floors filled with black ash, to rewiring the entire apartment and installing underfloor heating—I did it all myself. I faced unreliable contractors, legal hurdles, and problems no one saw coming. But I kept going.
Now, this forgotten space is a modern, energy-efficient home. On this channel, I share every step of that journey—real, raw, and built to last.
