Underground Recorder Garden
Underground Recorder Garden (URG) is a progressive rock project by Sarig Sela, dedicated to taking traditional music and exploding it into something new.
URG takes the seed of ancient folk melodies and drives them through an intricate, electric landscape.
A simple 2-minute tune transforms into a 9-minute odyssey of weaving guitars, a driving rhythm section, and retro-futuristic synths. Think delicate woodwinds battling a wall of sound.
At the center is the recorder—virtuosic and raw—leading the charge against a dense backdrop of acoustic and electric textures.
It's a rock evolution. The Garden is open. Are you listening?
