The Happy Dance Studio is a non-profit group open to the public. With the objective of promoting active and healthy lifestyle, the Studio mainly focuses on the Chinese classic and folk dances and helps its members for better fitness and improving the dance techniques. The name of the Studio reflects the motto of the group: being better and happier by dancing.

The Studio has in-person classes in Barrhaven, Ottawa. Members share the rental and other expenses. Registration usually opens in the summer and all residents are welcome to join given the space permits. The studio also provides online classes.
