The official channel of Sifu Gianni de Nittis and for all the people and practitioners who love the traditional chinese kung fu. Sifu de Nittis practice and teach Hung Sing and Buk Sing in complete and traditional way . The path of study and deepening of the traditional Choy Lay Fut systems of Sifu de Nittis led him to focus and develop a fighting concept, strategy, pressure points, traditional fighting system , body conditioning training and kung fu qi gong (nei gong). He also has extensive experience in the Baguazhang, Wing chun, Taijiquan.
