Apologies to those who subscribed, liked and engaged with my videos over the years and I hope you gained something from them.
Google/Youtube are not to be trusted and engage in slave labour.
They have altered the contract I had with them under the YouTube Partner Program (YPP), several times over the last few years without my explicit consent and have therefore broken that original contract and yesterday (8 December 2021) gave me 30 days notice that they are demonetising my channel, unless I start to upload new content for them.
I have therefore made all my videos private, as I do not work for them for free (the most I ever earned was ~£1 a day anyway, but the average was less than £0.10 per day over the life of it) and will make nothing further for this platform until that changes.
YouTube can wallow in its own corporate/government bought echo chamber. It is no longer a force for the democratisation of media and has become the very thing it was created to disrupt.
