Yeooo my name is Trav and I created the Fight Smart Training Program to teach you how to fight. It doesn't matter if you want to learn how to win a street fight, how to defend yourself, or how to fight in a ring, these techniques WORK and they can help you to win fights every time. This channel has a ton of Jiu Jitsu lessons, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Boxing, Wrestling, Judo, and anything else that I picked up in my career as a professional fighter, and in my career as a fight instructor. By the way, if you notice that I use the terms "how to fight" or "how to win a street fight" a lot, it's because I want to rank well for those terms... so don't judge my writing style.
