通用收听指南:

1. 等时声频有无耳机都可以正常收听,但建议用户佩戴耳机收听,如果没有耳机,请将扩音器放在您的两 侧;

2. 为了达到更好的收听效果,请选择一个较为安静的地方聆听脑波,然后把音量调到合适的大小,使您能够清楚地听到脑波。

3. 收听时的状态

Delta波——以一个舒适的姿势躺下来,随时准备进入梦乡

Theta波——你处于半梦半醒的状态,动作会不太精准

Alpha波——以舒服姿势收听但头脑清醒

Beta波——大脑清醒并思维活跃

注意:
请在收听Delta波时不要进行锻炼,不要在睡觉时听Beta波,不要在收听时进行任何危险动作。
