My RSI Life

My name is Mitch Aist. I developed a severe case of computer-related RSI at age 29. Since then, I managed to continue my employment and even thrive at my job and computer workstation despite my injury. After the injury, I remained employed for nearly a year thanks to the help of knowledgeable medical professionals, gaining flexibility in my work duties and career, as well as a bit of determination and creativity when it came to using alternative computer input tools and aggressively rehabilitating my hands. I am making this blog and YouTube to advocate for better education about RSI, and for lifestyles and habits which lower those risks of RSI.
