This channel is rather a glimpse into my daily experiments in my kitchen trying to reproduce my mother's and Tata's (i.e. grandma's) food, or in other words, the most authentic Lebanese food that I grew up eating in the suburbs of Beirut. I believe that food is the shortest distance between people and continents, and that is my inexpensive ticket to fly to my beautiful home country that I missed ever so dearly.
