T.V.K.Shastry, Founder-chief Convenor of Bharat Cultural Integration Committee, whose organizational skill, meticulous planning and flawless execution of whatever he undertook had made him a legendary figure. From small beginnings, he built up Bharat Cultural Integration Committee and Madras Telugu Academy into leading, giant cultural organizations of the country. An organizer par excellence, Shri Shastry was known as a great dreamer and achiever. He single handedly achieved phenomenal success to foster Indian fine arts and culture.
