I'm the founder of Eric Ratinoff Law Corp, a personal injury and complex litigation law firm in Sacramento, California. I represent people who have been seriously injured due to the neglect of another, and have been obtaining outstanding results for my clients since 1993. I help people who have suffered traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and many other types of catastrophic injury due to defective products, medical malpractice, and motorcycle accidents. Additionally, I often handle large insurance bad faith cases involving disability, life, long term care, fire, homeowner, business, and liability policies.
