Eric Alan Isaacson

I'm a civil appellate lawyer with a national practice, working from La Jolla, California. I've argued before all but two of the thirteen U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and am a member of the bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, where I've served as counsel of record. I've filed many amicus curiae briefs, often working for progressive religious organizations on a pro bono basis.

I've also represented class members objecting to inadequate class-action settlements and excessive attorney's fee awards.

Inspired by the YouTube posts by digitalalexa, RaoulDuke504, Pops Coffee, John Dodds, and James Sterling, I picked up my iPhone 6 Plus and shot a few videos myself. In August 2019, with tickets to Tuba Skinny shows in Philadelphia, Brooklyn, and Manhattan, I upgraded to an iPhone XR, with a Shure MV88 microphone and MOTIV Video app.

I'm a graduate of Ohio University (A.B. 1982), Duke Law School (J.D. 1985), and Harvard Divinity School (M.R.P.L. 2022).
