Thiago Espirito Santo

Thiago Espirito Santo is a brazilian bass player, with a 30 year career in music.  His passion for music has led him to study several instruments, as well as to develop his very own voice while playing any instrument.
But as you hear his fretless bass roar, you'll instantly recognize Thiago!


Throughout the years he has performed and recorded with great artists, including tours in Brazil with Joshua Redman and Chris Potter and worldwide with Yamandu Costa and Hamilton de Holanda.

Thiago has released more than 20 solo and group albums including “The Jazz Tradition”, recorded in the US, which includes a few jazz standars and some of Thiago´s own compositions.
