Hi! It’s Elisha and Nikki, the co-founders of Pilates Pros. We’re two certified Pilates instructors from South Florida on a mission to make mat Pilates simple and fun. We’ve got your back- literally. You’ll feel supported with our research-backed and easy-to-follow classes. And our pre-made pilates playlist (we like to think we’re DJs too lol).
We keep the 6 Pilates principles close to our hearts, so expect our classes to be a blend of the classic Pilates method and seasoned with updated exercise science principles.
