The Rapido Route

I'm all about recreating memories of riding the trains as kid when we used to travel from Oshawa to Quebec City several times a year to visit relatives. I fondly remember waiting on the platforms with excited anticipation for our trip ahead. Now, with kids of my own, I'm trying to provide them with some new memories, and building a layout has been part of that dream building process.

My channel depicts my home layout that is a freelanced HO scale layout based on two central urban hubs. Predominantly meant for passenger trains, every once in awhile, we will run some freight and as a newer layout eventually takes shape, more freight will appear. There will always be lots of passenger trains running to and from on the layout though, and I hope that you enjoy the videos as I post them.

If you have a dream layout...then build it. It is one of the most rewarding hobbies out there and something that you and your kids can do together!
