I’m passionate about helping women 🌸 navigate the journey of coming out later in life. Having gone through my own coming-out experience in 2002, I understand firsthand how complex and transformative this process can be. Today, I share both my personal insight 💫 and professional expertise to support women at every stage of self-discovery and authenticity.

I’m a Sexuality Coach and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in New York 🗽. Since 2010, I’ve worked with individuals and couples exploring their sexuality, addressing intimacy challenges 💕 and finding confidence in their true identities.
Through my private practice and Unbox Your Sexuality® coaching program 🌈, I provide a safe, judgment-free space for women to unpack, unlearn, and unleash their authentic selves. My mission is to empower women worldwide 🌍 to live truthfully, embrace who they are, and build meaningful connections.
