My approach focuses on being capable, resilient, and performing at your best every day of the year. All you need is a set of resistance bands, three sandbags, and a simple calisthenics bar setup.

Workouts combine bodyweight circuits, weighted calisthenics, and hybrid sandbag + calisthenics.
