With a dedicated team of 450 employees, including 200 skilled technicians, a fleet of 150 field service trucks, and a $200 million rental inventory, we are committed to one mission: keeping our customers running. NED was established in 2018 as a merger between Four Seasons Equipment in Texas and May-RHI, in the Carolinas. Over the years, NED grew through a series of additional strategic acquisitions.
