Alternative Exercise, Mind, & Music is about alternative ways to improve everyday life including alternative exercises, alternative mental practices, and alternative music.

We focus on exercises that have an objective other than merely to burn fat or build muscle and are therefore more fun, fat burning and muscle burning than being a positive side product. The goal of alternative exercise it to make exercise a part of our day we look forward to. We will focus on activities that are not seen as often in the gym and exercises we can do at home, including bo-staff, working with a small to basketball size ball, and juggling pens (just one, don’t worry). Because these exercises include some hand-eye coordination, they allow us to focus our attention on something other than just burning fat, which is more fun.
