I'm a woodworker in southern California who loves making bowls using the various bowls-from-a-board techniques, including stave bowls, bandsaw bowls, segmented bowls, and dizzy bowls. I like to use highly figured and spalted woods whenever I can. Rosewoods are becoming scarcer all the time, but when I can find them, they have a special place as part of my bowls.
