This is not physical therapy which is a modality that’s applied to you externally. Rather, the PABR® method transforms you through internal changes that you learn and can control. We coach you through breathing and body awareness techniques that are customized to help you achieve what’s missing in your life. If you want to return to a specific activity, movement or sport, then your sessions will be tailored towards those goals. We take the time to get to know you in one-on-one sessions with only you and your specialist developing your plan to address your limitations and your goals.
