Panhandle Singing Men of Texas
The Panhandle Singing Men of Texas was formed in 1995 and is one of six regional choirs that make up the Singing Men of Texas.
Our mission is to:
Glorify God through music,
Proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, and
Provide opportunities for Christian growth, inspiration, fellowship, and mission service to our members.
The Panhandle Singing Men of Texas choir is comprised of Baptist Ministers of Music, Pastors, other church and associational staff, as well as laymen who are actively involved in the music ministry of their respective churches in the Texas Panhandle.
The choir meets once each month from September to May (except December and the Easter month) for an afternoon rehearsal and an evening concert. The music spans the gamut of Christian music ranging from choral classics to Southern Gospel and contemporary Praise and Worship.
