Radjoe Sewgolam

Radjoe Sewgolam was one of the most popular and best-selling Baithak Gana recording artists from Suriname. His recordings were in the typical mix of Bhojpuri folk with Caribbean influences that was popularised by singers of Indian ethnicity across the wider Caribbean region. He achieved significant success within this genre primarily in the late 70s and 80s.
