Emad Newair I عمـــاد نـويـر

Dr. Emad Newair is an Associate Professor of Analytical Chemistry. He received his Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Egypt. Dr. Newair’s research has received a million of Egyptian pounds in funding from STDF. He is interested in Electrochemistry of Polyphenol Antioxidants, Electrochemically Modified Electrodes, Liquid Chromatography/Mass Spectroscopy, and Electrochemical Synthesis of Conducting Polymer. In 2012, he received a short-term scholarship to Monash University, Australia. In the period from 2014 to 2016, he received two Post-Doctoral Research Grants to Montpellier-AupAgro, France. In 2022, he was named as a Visiting Fulbright Scholar at the University of Cincinnati, USA. He has over 15 peer-reviewed publications and 10 conference proceedings. Dr. Newair is equally dedicated to his teaching and advising, graduating Ph.D. and M.S. students. Finally, he has established Ibn Hayyan Center for Training and Consultancy (ICTC).
