In more than 100 cities and regions across the United States, SourceLink has helped identify communities’ entrepreneurial resources and strengths to improve their value, impact and visibility. The idea: improve entrepreneurs’ access to the vital, just-in-time, on-the-ground resources they need to accelerate their ideas and turn those into sustainable businesses that create jobs and result in positive economic development impact. To date, SourceLink has catalogued almost 4,000 entrepreneurship support organizations, fielded 95,000 requests for entrepreneurial assistance and have provided 400,000 referrals to business building resources.
