HONARESTAN TARANA هنرستان ترانه
آکادمی موسیقی هنرستان ترانه یک موسسه غیردولتی است که در سال ۱۳۸۹ به ریاست استاد فاضل سپند در ولایت هرات به طور رسمی تأسیس و در بخش آموزش موسیقی شروع به کار کرد.
و پس از یک دهه فعالیت پربار، در سال ۱۴۰۰ با استقرار رژیم طالبان در افغانستان، فعالیت های موسیقایی این سازمان به طور کامل لغو و به خارج از افغانستان منتقل شد.
HONARESTAN TARANA Music Academy is a non-governmental institution that was officially established in 2010 under the chairmanship of professor FAZEL SAPAND in Herat province and started working in the music education department.
And after a decade of fruitful activity, in 2021, with the establishment of the Taliban regime in Afghanistan, the musical activities of this organization were completely canceled and moved outside of Afghanistan.
