Hi, I’m Karen. I’m AuDHD, diagnosed with ADHD at 38 and autism at 40.
I started this channel to help other late-diagnosed adults understand themselves, feel less alone, and make sense of things that never quite added up. I try to post new videos every Sunday, but as a working mom, that doesn’t always happen. I do my best.
