La Plantation is a family enterprise created in 2013 by Nathalie Chaboche and Guy Porré. Producer of exceptional spices, La Plantation puts all its know-how on the quality, the freshness, and the innovation to offer the powerful flavours of Cambodia, and more precisely of the Kampot region. As a flagship farm to produce Kampot Pepper PGI, the best pepper in the world, La Plantation is focused on growing its peppers and spices in accordance with secular tradition and processing them in compliance with international standards in terms of hygiene and food safety. A full range of peppers, spices, plants, flowers, blends, and spicy sauces is now produced and marketed all over the world, through a short supply chain. La Plantation is also fully committed to social and environmental projects aimed at developing the living conditions of the rural community and their children, preserving the cultural heritage of Kampot and reducing the impacts of climate change.
