As front man of Silverchair, Daniel Johns leads the all-time ARIA Awards tally, selling over 10M copies. In 2022, Johns returned with his commercially and critically acclaimed second solo album FutureNever which has become the only Australian album of the year to hit #1 on 2 separate occasions while occupying the Top 2, Top 5, Top 10 and Top 15 of the ARIA chart for longer than any Australian Album.
Johns was the first songwriter in history to win prestigious APRA Songwriter of the Year award on 3 separate occasions, and is a Grammy winning songwriter and an Emmy winning composer outside of his band and solo work.
