Ben Quad is an American emo band from Oklahoma City founded in 2018.
The band is named for Star Wars character Ben Quadinaros.
Formed in 2018, they released their debut album I'm Scared That's All There Is in 2022. In September 2025, they announced their second album, Wisher, would be released on November 14. The announcement was accompanied by the first single, "It’s Just A Title".
