Filip Jers Music

Filip Jers is an internationally renowned harmonica player from Stockholm, Sweden, and one of the most sought-after harmonica players in Europe. At 37, he has performed in nearly 30 countries worldwide.

In 2011, Jers earned a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts of Music from The Royal College of Music in Stockholm. He has also studied privately with harmonica legends like Toots Thielemans, Howard Levy, and Robert Bonfiglio.

Jers has won numerous awards, including two gold medals at the 2005 World Harmonica Festival and a Swedish Grammy in 2015. He regularly performs with Filip Jers Quartet, guitarist Emil Ernebro, and as a soloist. Featured on over 50 recordings, he is also a dedicated harmonica teacher at prestigious institutions across Europe.

An "International Suzuki Harmonica Artist," Jers endorses Suzuki Harmonicas from Japan. Outside of music, he enjoys coffee, yoga, and running in nature.
