Master Wu recommends everyone start with the fundamental 24 simple styles of Tai Chi Chuan. Her instructions include classical movements combined with essential breathing techniques. This combination is vital to proper Tai Chi Chuan and is what makes Master Wu so unique in her teaching when compared to other "follow me" instructors.

Master Wu has been practicing Tai Chi Chuan since the age of four. She is a graduate of the prestigious Beijing University of Physical Edutation Wushu Department and has been teaching Tai Chi Chuan, Tai Chi weapon, Tai Chi push hands and other forms of martial arts for over 30 years.
