LightsonVinita

The @LightsonVinita channel contains our video sequences of our Christmas lights display. We are located in Tennessee.
We currently have almost 12,000 smart pixel lights, and each pixel light contains its own computer chip and own address. The props used in our display are from various vendors, and some are even created by us from various items including tomato stakes! The software that we use to program the sequences of the lights to music is a free open source software called Xlights. This hobby originally started out in Australia and now has become popular around the world. When we have questions about how to do something, we can join a Zoom room online. It is 24/7 internet support staffed by volunteers who are also crazy smart xlight enthusiasts. We have met many wonderful folks in our chats in the Zoom room as well as by attending a few Xlight conferences that are usually held in the summer.
