Doc D in the Dungeon

Jack of all trades, master of none. Experimenter, tinker, maker. I enjoy making things and especially love a challenge. I teach Rapid Prototyping to include 3D Printing and Laser Cutting. I recently retired from the Engineer Project Shop at Taylor University where I help students, faculty and 3rd party customers with their fabrication needs. I have made projects that were put into outer space and created exquisite wire wrapped jewelry. I created this channel to share of my experiences, interests and experiments. Interests include: machining, CNC machining, fabrication, home shop foundry, welding, basic electronics, computer programming, jewelry making, 3D printing, laser cutting, forging/black smithing, S.T.E.A.M., S.T.E.M. and rapid prototyping. I’m a technical scuba instructor, cave diver and enjoy all things aquatic. I'm also an Ironman Triathlete so I enjoy swimming, biking and running. Join me as I create problem solve and experiment to satisfy my curiosity.
