I am no mechanic (which is pretty obvious), however, I can demonstrate that even a novice can repair, modify and maintain their cars.
As a keen car show attendee there is lots of car show videos.
Maintenance is very important as it ultimately results in less repairs being required. Be proactive and replace known weak spots before they fail, along with all the usual servicing.
Modifications are the best bit. Whether they are done for aesthetics, reliability or performance, all car enthusiasts love a mod or two.
My R53 Mini Cooper S has replaced the BMW E46 330ci as my track car and you can see my track footage on this channel.
I'm hoping to start racing the Mini at some point seeing as I have passed my ARDS test.
My pride and joy is my FN2 Honda Civic Type R which I have spent far too much money on 😊.
