Todd began his career as a Physical Therapist, working in nursing homes and home health for 13 years, which inspired his passion for Elder Law. After graduating from the Bowen School of Law in 1998, he entered private practice in 1999 and has focused on Elder Law since 2000. In 2006, Todd became Arkansas’ second Certified Elder Law Attorney and later served as President of the National Elder Law Foundation, the certifying body for Elder Law Attorneys nationwide. His practice focuses on Medicaid Planning, Estate Planning, and Long-term Care, helping families protect assets and prepare for the future. In addition to being an attorney, Todd is a licensed insurance agent, working with professionals across the country to provide up-to-date legal and financial solutions.
