Dear Lord,
I know you love me despite my faults. I know that I am a sinner but you sent your son Jesus to die for my sins. I believe Jesus died and rose again. Today I ask you God to forgive me of my sins. I want to be more like Jesus. I want to follow you for the rest of my days and accept you into my life. As of this moment I give my life to you.
