Rev. Brandan Robertson

Rev. Brandan Robertson is an author, activist, and public theologian working at the intersections of spirituality, sexuality, and social renewal. Known as the “TikTok Pastor,” Robertson has built a digital audience of nearly 300k followers, with his inclusive theological content amassing over 10 million views. He is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ and serves as Pastor of Sunnyside Reformed Church in New York City, focusing on radical inclusion and progressive renewal.

Robertson has authored, edited, or contributed to over 25 books. His writings appear in TIME Magazine, The Huffington Post, and The Washington Post. A columnist for Baptist News Global and Progressing Spirit, his insights are featured on CNN, NPR, and Rolling Stone, which named him a top creative shaping the future.

He earned a BA from Moody Bible Institute, an MTS from Iliff School of Theology, and an MA from Eastern Illinois University. He is pursuing a PhD in Biblical Studies at Drew University.
